Utah Koi, hired me to do a cake for their small seminar. Everything that could go wrong did and so the cake didn't turn out as I had pictured, but it will do :)
This is Michaeal Hernandez of "A Touch of Japan" he flew in from Japan and was the main speaker for the seminar.
