Heather & Chris's Wedding Cake

Wow what a cake! 4 tiers with the bottom tier 16". Up all night, but got it finished and it didn't turn out too shabby. I heard it tasted alright as well ha ha. I did get to taste one layer.. the vanilla sponge with strawberry filling and vanilla buttercream frosting! There was also Chocolate cake with raspberry filling and chocolate buttercream frosting, and vanilla sponge with lemon filling and vanilla buttercream frosting.. all topped off with a marshmallow fondant.

My First Paying Gig

This was a fun wedding cake that I did for a cute couple. It turned out so great! I was very pleased. And even better I got paid to do it!
