So begins our zucchini fest, they come fast and we use them every which way. I love having a garden! This zucchini bread was sooo yummy!!

Eli was having a Star Wars birthday party and requested a RED LIGHTSABER! Man was this cake crazy to put together. I made fondant from scratch for the very first time, Thanks to Camille's awesome recipe, well it tasted great, but because it was so stinkin hot while I was making the thing, the fondant didn't want to not stick to everything.. ahh it was frustrating. 5 hours from start to finish! It was all worth it when I walked into the party and Eli was so excited! Hope you had a great birthday Eli!

Trifle!

Who doesn't love a good trifle? I made this for a baby blessing that I was attending.. unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances.. I wasn't able to attend the baby blessing.. what to do with a whole yummy trifle? :)

My First Paying Gig

This was a fun wedding cake that I did for a cute couple. It turned out so great! I was very pleased. And even better I got paid to do it!

Cinnamon Rolls

Easter Bunny

I asked Jake what kind of Cake he wanted for Easter and he said an Easter Bunny of course. This was my first carrot cake from scratch and the homemade cream cheese frosting was the best I have ever had.. he he maybe I'm a little biased.
